This is an advice of termination of repair service period for the Narishige MO-188NE 3D Hydraulic Fine Micromanipulator along with its oil hydraulic cartridge, effective on December 1st, 2020. Accordingly, you will not be able to receive any of a new MO-188NE cartridge for replacement, on and after the day. Any of customers of yours who have been using the MO-188NE should be informed right away about this service discontinuation accordingly. If any of them think of an upgrade or a new purchase of micromanipulator, please suggest current NTX series models. Kindly note that you need to check with us about the model of microscope, as its microscope adapter needs to match with the NTX set.
